Are all our products covered with a warranty?
Netzo’s lights are high quality and designed for a long life. All products have a warranty of a minimum of 10 years (emergency lighting 5 years).
How long will delivery take?
We hold stock in our UK warehouse which allows us to offer an express service of 24 hours delivery time.
How do I get more technical information and IES files?
If you require an IES file please get in touch by emailing enquiries@netzo.co.uk.
What happens if I can’t find a product I’m looking for?
Please get in touch with your specifications and we will try our hardest to meet your requirements.
How long do LEDs last?
Netzo’s lights last up to a total of 63000 hours. The hours depend on the individual usage from building to building.
What is the process for returns?
If you need to return a product, please contact us on enquiries@netzo.co.uk, make sure to include your reason for returning. Once we have accepted your return, we will send you a returns label or arrange collection.
Please note:
We take no responsibility for items that are lost and broken on their way back to us. We advise you package your return carefully and use a tracked delivery.
